بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

قد أفلح المؤمنون(1) الذين هم في صلاتهم خاشعون(2) والذين هم عن اللغو

معرضون (3)والذين هم للزكاة فاعلون(4)والذين هم لفروجهم حافظون(5)

إلا على أزواجهم أو ما ملكت أيمانهم فإنهم غير ملومين(6)فمن ابتغى وراء ذلك

فأولئك هم العادون(7)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Successful indeed are the believers,

Those who humble themselves in their prayers;

Who avoid vain talk;

Who are active in giving Zakah;

Who guard their modesty;

Except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or (the captives) whom their

right hands possess,- for (in their case) they are free from blame,

“One who has spare food should offer it to him who has not.”

Prophet Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:
"Whoever has reached the morning in a state of safety, having good health and securing food for one day and night; (he/she) has obtained the pleasures of this world" al-Tirmizi.

{ألم تر إلى الذي حاجّ إبراهيم في ربه أن آتاه الله الملك إذ قال إبراهيم ربي الذي يحي ويميت قال أنا أحي وأميت قال إبراهيم فإن الله يأتي بالشمس من المشرق فأت بها من المغرب فبهت الذي كفر والله لا يهدي القوم الظالمين} (البقرة:258) {Have you not turned your thought to one who disputed with Abraham about his Lord, because Allah had granted him power? Abraham said: "My Lord is He Who gives life and death". He said: "I give life and death." Said Abraham: "But it is Allah that causes the sun to rise from the East: Do you then cause it to rise form the West. Thus was he confounded who (in arrogance) rejected faith. No does Allah give guidance to a people unjust.} (2: 258)

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم*(شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِيَ أُنزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِّنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ فَمَن شَهِدَ مِنكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ وَمَن كَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ يُرِيدُ اللّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلاَ يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ وَلِتُكْمِلُواْ الْعِدَّةَ وَلِتُكَبِّرُواْ اللّهَ عَلَى مَا هَدَاكُمْ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ)*(The month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for mankind and clear proofs for the guidance and the criterion (between right and wrong). So whoever of you sights (the crescent on the first night of) the month (of Ramadan i.e. is present at his home), he must observe Sawm (fast) that month, and whoever is ill or on a journey, the same number [of days which one did not observe Sawm must be made up] from other days. Allah intends for you ease, and He does not want to make things difficult for you. (He wants that you) must complete the same number (of days), and that you must magnify Allah [i.e. to say Takbir (Allahu-Akbar; Allah is the Most Great) on seeing the crescent of the months of Ramadan and Shawwal] for having guided you so that you may be grateful to Him).

And these examples We propound to mankind that they may reflect.

*أستاذي الفاضل الأستاذ ياسينحسب علمي القاصر، الزاني والزانية لا تترجمان إلى unmarried man و unmarried woman، لأن هاتين الترجمتين –كما أفهمها!- تعنيان غير المحصن وغير المحصنة. أقترح الترجمة التالية للزاني والزانية: adulterer و adulteress.والله أعلم.

المعذرة أستاذي الكريمبعد قراءة متأنية، تذكرت أن الآية فعلا تتعلق بغير المحصن وغير المحصنةولا علاقة لها بالمحصن والمحصنة اللذين لا يدخلان في هذه الآية الكريمةأرجو المعذرة

أختي الكريمة جميلة:سلام الله على كل مجتهد في العلم* وغيره وسلام على كل من يأخذ الكتاب بقوة :أحسنت لمتابعتك ولكن للعلم:كلمة :زنا بالعربية تشمل* الفعل من ذلك من * الأعزب والمحصنوتعلمين أن لكل عقوبة مختلفة في الإسلام.والإستعمال الأقرب للصواب بل الأول والأصوب * بيانا للحكم المقصود:*للمتزوج وكلمة*ADUTERY*.*للأعزبFORNICATION * إلا إذا وضحنا ذلك بحاشسية تبين أن هذا الحكم * (100 جلدة)لغير المحصن فيمكن* عندها يكون كلامك سليم. لذا ،الحكم هنا لغير المتزوج وبه تكون الترجمة صحيحة** في هذا النطاق وسلاك عليكم.

(وَلَقَدْ زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاء الدُّنْيَا بِمَصَابِيحَ وَجَعَلْنَاهَا رُجُومًا لِّلشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابَ السَّعِيرِ)*(And We have certainly beautified the nearest heaven with lamps (stars), and We have made such lamps (as) missiles to drive away the Satans (devils), and have prepared for them the torment of the blazing Fire.)

وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا يَدْعُونَ مِن قَبْلُ وَظَنُّوا مَا لَهُم مِّن مَّحِيصٍ(And those whom they used to invoke before will fail them, and they will perceive that they have no place of*refuge (from Allah's punishment.
