يمكننى ترجمته كما يلى :-

خصوصاً ودون مساس بعمومية ما تقدم ،لم يحدث إقرار ولم يتم إعطاء ضمان بتحقق أو معقولية أية خطط أو أهداف أو تقديرات أو تنبؤات ، ولا يوجد شىء فى المذكرة ( أو أى معلومات أخرى خطية أو شفهية تمّ توفيرها للمتلقين )مما يمكن الأعتماد عليها كوعد أو إقرار مستقبلى ،ويبقى الأثر القانونى فقط للأقرارات والضمانات ،إن وجدت ،التى تُعطى للمشترى فى إتفاقية بيع و شراء قاطعة الدلالة، عندما يتم إبرامها مع مراعاة الحدود و القيود التى قد ترد فيها .....................والله أعلم
